Lenten Morning of Reflection, February 21, 2015

Please join the St. Thomas More Lawyers Society for a Lenten Morning of Reflection on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at the St. Francis Seminary (3527 South Lake Drive, St. Francis, Wisconsin). This event is open to any attorney or law student, and their family members, who would like to spend a morning in reflection, as we begin the Lenten Season in the coming weeks.

Our Lenten reflections will be led by Fr. James Kubicki, S.J. and will be rooted in the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius. Fr. Kubicki, S.J. is the National Director of the Apostleship of Prayer, with the goal of helping individuals to grow in their spiritual life by offering resources to foster a closer and heart-centered relationship with Jesus. The Apostleship of Prayer joins with millions of people around the world who are praying with, and for one another, as well as for the Pope's monthly intentions.

In addition to being a frequent guest on radio and television, Fr. Kubicki, S.J. is also a popular conference speaker, retreat director, and parish mission speaker. His areas of expertise include the Eucharist, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Spiritual Exercises, and the practical spirituality of the Apostleship of Prayer.

We welcome all those interested in taking time for reflection and renewal; you do not have to be a member of the Society to attend. General registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will include light breakfast foods and coffee. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude with Mass at 11:30 a.m. After Mass, attendees are welcome to take time for personal reflection outdoors on the Seminary's wooded grounds adjacent to the shore of Lake Michigan. Although the event is free of charge, we ask that you consider making a donation to the St. Francis Seminary. To help with our planning, please register at EventBrite. If it is more convenient, you are also welcome to register by contacting Attorney Mark Andres by email by telephone at 262-787-1500.
