Cardinal Stritch University's Saint Clare Center for Catholic Life was established in 2007 to respond to the need for quality faith formation for lay ministers and lay leaders in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Together, the university and the Saint Clare Center offer degrees in religious studies, certificates in lay ministry, and professional development for lay people actively engaged in the mission of the church - both those working in paid positions and those serving as volunteers.
Michael Taylor has been the Director of the Saint Clare Center for Catholic Life since July 2014. Before that he worked at the Saint Clare Center as the Director of School and Parish Programs. His background includes 15 years working in Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Math and History from the University of New Mexico, completed a post-baccalaureate teacher education program at Ripon College, and received his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Marquette University.
