Our monthly First Friday Mass and Meeting is Friday, October 3, 2014.

This month’s speaker is Joseph Bugni, Associate Federal Defender for the Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin, Inc. Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin is a private corporation funded by a grant from the federal judiciary. Joe is from Milwaukee and has experience clerking for a district court judge and then the court of appeals. Now Joe defends clients accused of federal criminal offenses ranging from drug and gun crimes to child pornography and white collar offenses. The title of Joe’s talk will be: 'The Mission Fields, my walk as a public defender'.

Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 A.M. in the Chapel of St. Edmund Campion, located on the 4th floor of Eckstein Hall (Marquette University Law School). Mass will be followed by our meeting and discussion from 8:00-9:00 A.M., which includes a continental breakfast (suggested donation $4.00). Parking is available in the Eckstein Hall underground parking structure. (Enter the lot, pull a ticket, and find an open parking space.
