Mass and breakfast, Feast Day of St. Thomas More June 22nd

Those inclined to attend Mass on June 22 might want to consider the 7:00 A.M. Mass at Old St. Mary Church, at Broadway and Kilbourn in downtown Milwaukee. Last year, our first in-person event since the onset of the pandemic was a gathering after the Mass on the 2021 Feast Day. We decided to hold the same event his year.

This will be Old St. Mary’s regular 7:00 A.M. Mass open to the public and attended by non- STMLSW members. However, for Society members, we arranged with the Parish to use its adjoining parish center for a brief gathering (with pastries, juice, and coffee) following the Mass.

Because the Society will not hold a July First Friday (Friday July 1 falls immediately before the holiday weekend), the June 22 Feast Day gathering will be an excellent opportunity for Society members to enjoy mid-summer fellowship.

Please consider attending Mass on June 22, 2022, at Old St. Mary Church or at the Catholic church of your choice.

Thanks to Fr. Timothy Kitzke, Pastor, and Nicholas Corrao, Sacristan, of Old St. Mary Parish for making the parish center available to the Society and for allowing the Society to assist with the liturgy for Feast Day Mass.
